First try: 2 years ago I installed my first Linux distro for experimental purposes. I remember that I looking for solution 1 week and then I randomly close the laptop lid and open it and then the external monitor was detected…But it crash every 5 minutes….
Fourth try: Mint - 1 year ago I had installed Linux Mint…and everything works fine. I had my external monitor. I was using only nvidia card with nvidia prime. Fifth try: Manjaro and Manjaro Deepin: External monitor is not detected.

When I turn off and then turn on the external monitor everything works…But when I try to run xrandr, open display manager or watching movie the external monitor crash…. External monitor lamp for running blinked once. Also I thought that the HDMI port can be hard wired to the nvidia card and to uninstall nvidia bumblebee and install prime but nothing happens.

Hi, firstly im newbie, hello everyone. My motherlanguage is not English so im sorry about it. I'm using deepin for 2 or 3 months. I bought a new monitor and i want to use both of them.

If yes, how can i enable it? I have tried other DE, so far Budgie is the best. The screen scale automatically. Gnome is also very good.
I love Manjaro Deepin UI. Sorry, we do not support this feature now. If you set it by XResourcesis it work? No, it doesn't. Other programs do get scaled after applying it to Xresources. However, Deepin itself does not. Besides, there are some issues with 4x scaling, e. I changed nvidia driver from open-source nvidia official driver and now after login external monitor shows black screen with a dash cursor. I am still not able to detect my external monitor. However xrandr output changed a bit, Now its showing 2 DVI ports. Also i just noticed during boot my monitor shows bbswitch: no suitable dsm call found.
